Buy

Find the home that suits the life you want.

Buying real estate is a personal decision. My role is to slow it down enough to make it well — and to bring the local insight, negotiation discipline, and quiet advocacy that gets you there.

  1. A conversation first

Your goals, your timeline, and what 'home' actually needs to do for you. If you've never bought before we start further back — every question gets a straight answer, however small it feels.

  2. Knowing your range

An introduction to lenders worth talking to, and a clear picture of what you can comfortably carry — which is not always the same as what you'd be approved for.

  3. The search, including the quiet part

Focused showings rather than a flood of listings, plus off-market conversations. Not every home reaches the public market, and some of the best ones don't.

  4. Knowing the neighbourhood

Schools, commutes, what's planned nearby, and what a street is actually like on a Tuesday evening. The house is only half the decision.

  5. Offer, and everything after

Disciplined strategy through negotiation and conditions, a smooth path to possession day, and someone to call long after the keys change hands.
